FAQ

If you have any questions related to buying, selling or renting, we have them covered.

  • Do I need to make an appointment to attend the open for inspection?
No, if the time is advertised online on our website/realestate.com.au you are welcome to come along to the property. You will need to bring photo ID with you and adhere to all Government instructions regarding Covid-19
  • Can I be approved for a rental if I haven’t viewed the property?
No, our office requires that you attend a physical inspection when possible prior to your application being submitted to the owner. If you cannot attend the inspection you can get a family member or friend to attend on your behalf.
  • How does the application process work?
Once you have submitted your application and all supporting documents, we conduct a range of checks such as references and rental history. We then present all applications to the Landlord for a final decision. You will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible.
  • How long will it take for my application to be approved?
It usually takes anyway from 3 to 7 days for an application to be approved. In some cases it can take a little longer as all our applications are relayed to the owner of the property for a final decision.
  • What if the property I am selling is rented out?
We have the skills to handle all situations regarding tenanted properties. We can manage and negotiate with tenants to gain access to the property during the course of the marketing campaign
  • Do I get to choose my own tenants?
Yes, all of the applications we receive are put forward to you so you can make an informed decision on who you think is most suitable.
